Mondial
is in preliminary negotiations with a government-owned electric utility company.
The utility has embraced solar thermal energy, and has achieved significant
penetration of the single family residence market. Mondial is working to structure
a relationship to facilitate penetration of the hotel, condominium and apartment
markets, where there has been little penetration. Mondial will retain local
installers, familiar with local building codes and recognized by local building
inspectors installing panels and racking known to withstand local climactic
conditions. Mondial will own the collector systems, and bill for the delivered
energy.
